    I have over 20 years sales leadership, sales management and people engagement experience. I joined TMG in October 1999 as General Manager of North London Auto Trader and, shortly after, I became the Managing Director and then moved into the digital division 3 years ago. In my current role as UK Sales Director, I manage the digital sales portfolio for Franchise, Groups and Manufacturers.

    In May 2010 I was recognised as the role model in people management and leadership.

    I joined TMG in 1992 as a Telesales representative for the Thames Valley Auto Trader. After progressing through various publishing roles and studying for an MBA at Henley I moved into digital in 2005, and became Sales Operations & Service Director for TMG in 2009. With 15 years of management experience across sales, service and operations it's my role to lead the overall Operations strategy for Digital Marketing within TMG, which means keeping solutions simple yet effective whilst making it easy for customers to do business with us. It’s also about ensuring that we can demonstrate delivering tangible results through the products and services that we provide in a simple, effective and transparent way.

    My role is to understand the market and ensure that we are bringing effective new products to market. I have worked within product development teams for 15 years within different technologies and across both B2C and B2B environments. This experience helps me to develop products that meet both business and consumer requirements. I’ve spent the last five years in the digital marketing industry, where the pace of change ensures that there is never a dull moment when considering what should be developed next and who will benefit.

My territory covers the South of UK, from East Anglia down to Cornwall.

    I joined TMG in 1999 as a Sales Support for the North West Autotrader. I spent the first 7 years of my career at North West working across various roles and ultimately championed our Dealer Edit advertising service to our magazine customers. From there I moved into Digital in 2005 to take on the role of Dealer Engineer Manager. In this role I was responsible for managing the delivery of training to our customers via a team of remotely based engineers. From there I have progressed through a number of Service based roles to my current position of Head of Dealer Services. I have a high passion for customer service and believe we should always aim to deliver excellence With 8 years of management experience across service and operations it's my role to make sure we deliver value and excellent service across our SEO, PPC, Social and website products.
